Everything You Need for February

Multi-color confetti

We’re celebrating five years of LimeLife and we want you in on the party!

Birthday Party Candle

Go big or go home with a birthday candle this year that will burn for at least 60 hours. But this is not your typical birthday candle. Homesick, a lifestyle and fragrance brand known for its trendy candles themed to memories and locations, features a giant birthday party candle that smells of sweet, buttery vanilla cake smothered in buttercream frosting. Time to light the candle and not blow it out.

Mini Birthday Cake

Milk Bar, run by the James Beard Award-winning chef Christina Tosi, has a very special February treat in the form of a mini version of its famous birthday cake. At just four inches tall, compared to the large 10-incher, this baby is perfect to share for two people or even just yourself. It took Tosi and her team three years to perfect the flavor, which evokes a familiar funfetti tune. They ship nationwide.

Little America on Apple TV+

This anthology series created by Lee Eisenberg, Emily V. Gordon, Kumail Nanjiani, and Alan Yang (the people who brought us Master of None, The Office and The Big Sick) will make you eager to celebrate everything in life. Each 30ish minute episode follows a different immigrant experience, which will be sure to make you laugh, cry, and everything in between.

Gold Lighter

Made in Japan, this chic gold lighter looks more like it belongs at a palace than anywhere else, which is why it’s so perfect for a party! Sold at Catbird, a Brooklyn-based home and jewelry store that also has a digital outpost, it is just the thing you need to light the candles on your party cake—or even just on your favorite smelling candle around the house.

Mini Champagne

What’s a party without a little bubbly? There are loads to choose from at your local wine store of even on line. Some of our favorites: These tiny bottles of brut bubbles from Mionetto are only about 6 oz., while these adorable sparkling wines come in packs of four with mini straws for celebratory sipping. No matter what you choose, cheers!
